As a seasoned IT professional with expertise in High-Performance Computing (HPC), Kubernetes, and MLOps, I bring a unique blend of technical skills and strategic thinking to the table. With extensive experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters on both cloud and on-premise environments, I am well-versed in the nuances of container orchestration, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. Additionally, my proficiency in HPC compute enables me to optimize the performance of applications running on Kubernetes clusters, including those using AI/ML workloads. Furthermore, I have a strong understanding of the end-to-end machine learning process, from data preparation and feature engineering to model selection and evaluation. I am familiar with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch and have experience building and training models for a variety of use cases. As an expert in MLOps, I also understand the importance of automating the machine learning pipeline, from continuous integration and deployment to monitoring and version control. The organization I worked with recently migrated their infrastructure from Azure to AWS, and as part of this process, I helped manage their AWS resources using Terraform and Ansible. Specifically, I focused on deploying and managing an AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) cluster using Terraform, which allowed us to automate the creation and management of the cluster resources, such as EC2 instances, networking, and security groups. Additionally, I implemented an auto-deployment strategy for the EKS cluster using Ansible AWX, which allowed us to easily deploy and manage Kubernetes applications on the cluster.

Throughout this project, I collaborated closely with the organization's DevOps team to ensure that the AWS resources were configured according to their requirements, such as integrating with their existing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring proper security controls were in place. Overall, the project was a success, and the organization was able to achieve their goals of migrating to AWS while also improving their infrastructure automation and deployment processes.
